Retirement Plan: Full time employee is eligible for retirement plan contribution by Kai Ming after 90 days of employment.The contribution rate is 3.7% of annual compensation.Kai Ming’s retirement plan is managed by TIAA-CREF.
If an employee does not have health and dental insurance coverage with Kai Ming, an additional $300 is added to the regular retirement contribution amount each month.
