Health Plan benefits becomes effective on the 1st day of the following month after 30 days of full-time employment.

Retirement Plan:
Full time employee is eligible for retirement plan contribution by Kai Ming after 90 days of employment.  The contribution rate is 3.7% of annual compensation.  Kai Ming’s retirement plan is managed by TIAA-CREF. 

If an employee does not have health and dental insurance coverage with Kai Ming, an additional $300 is added to the regular retirement contribution amount each month.
