Serving Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Children

Our newly renovated Kai Ming Head Start Rainbow Center is situated at the heart of Chinatown. Its open-air playground is located in the Ping Yuen Housing Projects courtyard so children can play safely away from the streets. It offers infant and toddler programs, and preschool from 08:00 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. Three classrooms serve 41 children.
